Mood Changes
Mood changes are a normal part of the tapestry of life. However, some of these changes may be so strong or prolonged that they interfere with our work, family, or other responsibilities. When we see others having these difficulties, we may think or even suggest that they get help to return to "being themselves." But what about ourselves? It is often very difficult to be aware enough of our own moods to recognize that we may benefit from seeking the input of an objective professional.
If you think you may be experiencing mood swings or changes that cause problems in day to day life, it might be useful to consult with a psychologist for a behavioral and emotional "check up."
